Delete your BlinkSolar account

Account and data deletion for BlinkSolar vendors

You can delete your BlinkSolar vendor account and associated data at any time, in two ways.

Option A — In the app (fastest)

Profile → Delete Account → confirm

Delete Account is also available on the Awaiting Approval and Rejected screens, so you can remove your account before it is reviewed.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

Option B — By request (if you've uninstalled the app)

Email support@blinksolar.in from the phone number or email address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and process the deletion within 7 (seven) days.

What gets deleted

  • Your vendor profile — business name, GSTIN, and contact details.
  • Your login / authentication record — the phone number used to sign in.
  • Your service-area selections and app notifications — including your push notification token.

What we retain, and why

  • Records of completed lead purchases and payments — retained for 7 (seven) years as required by Indian tax and GST law. These are kept in de-identified financial records and are not used to contact you after deletion.
